These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to the internet services provided by CO.OP NDS ("we", "us", "our"), and your use of our website and online payment facilities. By subscribing to our service, using our client portal, or making a payment through this website, you agree to these Terms.

We provide fixed broadband internet access to residential and business subscribers within our licensed service areas. The speed, inclusions, and monthly rate applicable to you are those stated in your signed application or service agreement.

Advertised speeds are the maximum attainable under normal conditions. Actual speeds vary with distance, equipment, network load, the websites and services you access, and factors outside our network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may pay through our client portal by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallet (GCash, Maya), online bank transfer, or over the counter at our office and accredited payment partners.

We may suspend service without prior notice where required by law, by an order of a competent authority, or where continued use poses an immediate threat to the network or to other subscribers.

8. Your account and portal access

You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We carry out scheduled maintenance and will give advance notice where practicable. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire, power outage, fiber cuts by third parties, acts of government, or upstream carrier failure.

Where an interruption attributable to us persists beyond the period prescribed by applicable National Telecommunications Commission rules, you may request a prorated credit adjustment on your next statement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to a prorated credit for the affected period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other mandatory law.

We process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be notified through the client portal, SMS, or email at least thirty (30) days in advance.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes not resolved under our Dispute Resolution Policy shall be brought before the proper courts of our principal place of business.
